RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please order your items with care. Due to sanitary reasons and the handmade nature of items, returns/exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Incorrect color/style choices or incorrect length purchased will not permit a return. We are not obligated to refund you if you return your item. Please confirm your item choices and color BEFORE placing your order as all sales are final. Please contact us at info@lcbride.com if you have any questions before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES:

Due to the made-to-order items, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM:

You will have two (2) days after the receipt of your order to inspect it and notify us of any damages or errors. If you receive the incorrect order or your order arrives damaged, please immediately send us an email at info@lcbride.com, and we will work on replacing your item. After two (2) days of receipt of your item, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

All item purchases through LC Brides will be subject to these terms and conditions.
